  • Demolition of the majority of the pre-existing building totaling 1,144,000 cubic feet

  • Construction of a three-story curvilinear addition integrated with the original wings, along with a retaining wall expanding the total size of the high school campus

  • Additions including classrooms, science labs and special program areas, conference rooms, two large-group instruction rooms (each seating 150), administrative offices, storage and mechanical spaces, and secure entrance lobbies

  • Expanded athletic facilities include a second, larger gymnasium with four teaching stations and seating for 2,200, locker rooms, auxiliary education spaces, and a natatorium
